الشروط والأحكام
أهلًا بيكِ في كادو (kado-eg.com). استخدامك للموقع أو تقديمك لأي طلب معناه موافقتك على الشروط دي.
١. عن المتجر
كادو متجر إلكتروني مصري بيبيع منتجات مكياج وعناية بالجمال، وبيشحن داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط. كل الأسعار بالجنيه المصري.
٢. المنتجات والأوصاف
بنبذل مجهودنا إن أوصاف المنتجات وصورها تكون دقيقة قدر الإمكان. مع ذلك، ممكن تختلف درجة اللون شوية بين الصورة والمنتج الحقيقي حسب إضاءة شاشتك أو إضاءة التصوير، ودي مش بتُعتبر عيب في المنتج.
البوكسات والمجموعات محتوياتها موضحة في وصف كل بوكس، ومحصلش استبدال لقطعة داخل البوكس بقطعة تانية إلا لو اتفقنا كتابةً قبل الشحن.
٣. الطلبات والأسعار
الطلب بيُعتبر مؤكدًا بعد ما نتواصل معك ونستلم تأكيدك. لنا الحق نرفض أو نلغي أي طلب في حالات محددة، منها: نفاد الكمية، خطأ واضح في السعر أو الوصف، بيانات تواصل غير صحيحة، أو تكرار رفض الاستلام في طلبات سابقة.
الأسعار قابلة للتغيير في أي وقت من غير إشعار مسبق، لكن السعر اللي اتأكد عليه طلبك هو السعر الملزم.
٤. الدفع
الدفع حاليًا عند الاستلام (كاش). في بعض الحالات ممكن نطلب عربون قبل الشحن — خصوصًا للطلبات ذات القيمة المرتفعة أو لو حصل رفض استلام في طلب سابق — وبنوضح ده قبل التنفيذ.
٥. الشحن
مواعيد وتكاليف الشحن موضحة في سياسة الشحن. مدد التوصيل تقديرية وممكن تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا زي الأحوال الجوية أو ضغط شركة الشحن.
٦. الاسترجاع والاستبدال
تفاصيل الاسترجاع كاملة في سياسة الاسترجاع. باختصار: المنتجات المقفولة بحالتها الأصلية ترجع خلال ١٤ يوم، والمنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة خلال ٣٠ يوم على حسابنا. المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة مش بترجع لأسباب صحية.
٧. أكواد الخصم والعروض
كل كود خصم له شروطه ومدته، ومش بيتجمع مع عروض تانية إلا لو اتذكر صراحةً. لنا الحق نوقف أي كود أو عرض في أي وقت، ونلغي أي طلب فيه استخدام مخالف أو متكرر للأكواد.
٨. حسابك على الموقع
إنتِ مسؤولة عن صحة بياناتك وعن الحفاظ على سرية حسابك. البيانات اللي بتدخليها بتُستخدم حسب سياسة الخصوصية.
٩. الملكية الفكرية
محتوى الموقع من تصميم ونصوص وصور ملك لكادو أو مرخّص لنا باستخدامه. ممنوع إعادة استخدامه تجاريًا من غير إذن كتابي. أسماء وعلامات البراندات المعروضة ملك لأصحابها.
١٠. حدود المسؤولية
المنتجات مخصصة للاستخدام التجميلي الخارجي فقط. اقرئي مكونات المنتج قبل الاستخدام، ولو عندك حساسية معروفة من أي مكوّن تجنبي المنتج أو استشيري طبيبك. مسؤوليتنا في كل الأحوال لا تتجاوز قيمة الطلب المدفوعة.
١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق
الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وأي نزاع بيُحال للمحاكم المصرية المختصة.
١٢. تعديل الشروط
ممكن نعدّل الشروط دي في أي وقت، والنسخة المنشورة على الموقع هي السارية.

Welcome to Kado (kado-eg.com). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About the store
Kado is an Egyptian online store selling makeup and beauty products. We ship within the Arab Republic of Egypt only. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Shade appearance may vary slightly from the photos depending on your screen and on studio lighting; this is not considered a defect.
Box and set contents are listed in each product description. Items inside a box cannot be substituted unless agreed in writing before shipping.
3. Orders and pricing
An order is confirmed once we contact you and receive your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in specific cases, including: items out of stock, an obvious pricing or description error, incorrect contact details, or repeated refusal to receive previous orders.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the binding one.
4. Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery. In some cases we may request a deposit before shipping — particularly for high-value orders or where a previous delivery was refused — and we will make this clear beforehand.
5. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
6. Returns and exchanges
Full details are in our Refund Policy. In short: sealed products in original condition may be returned within 14 days; damaged or incorrect items within 30 days at our expense. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
7. Discount codes and promotions
Each discount code has its own conditions and validity period, and codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We may withdraw any code or promotion at any time and cancel orders involving misuse.
8. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your account secure. Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
The site's design, text and images belong to Kado or are licensed to us. Commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited. Brand names and trademarks shown belong to their respective owners.
10. Limitation of liability
Products are for external cosmetic use only. Please read the ingredients before use; if you have a known allergy to any ingredient, avoid the product or consult your doctor. Our liability shall not in any event exceed the amount paid for the order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent Egyptian courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on the site is the one in force.
